Privacy policy

Navi Directory (navidirectory.com) is operated by Navi (withnavi.co). It is the provider directory Navi's care navigators use to refer people to mental health practices, clinicians and telehealth platforms, and where partner organizations keep their listings up to date.

Account information. Your name and email address, and how you sign in (Google or email and password). When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture; we never see your Google password.

Your access. Your role and the practice or platform you are linked to, and any invitation sent to you.

Directory listings. The information partners enter about their organization: locations, contact details, insurance accepted, services, ages served, booking details, logos and documents they upload.

Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.

The directory does not store patients' health records. Please don't type names or other details that identify a patient into searches.

To sign you in, give you the access Navi invited you to, show and update directory listings, send service emails (invitations, account confirmation and password resets), and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

We use the name, email address and profile picture Google shares only to create your account and sign you in. We don't use it for anything else or share it with anyone else. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use a small number of providers to run the directory, and they process data only on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (sign in with Google) and Anthropic (interpreting the text typed into the directory's AI search box).

We keep your account while you have access to Navi Directory. If your access is removed, your account and sign-in are deleted. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information by emailing micah@withnavi.co.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access inside the directory is limited by role: partners can only change their own listings, and only Navi administrators manage accounts.
